Commercial Office Container Transformation
Create a multistory office and showroom complex to European quality standards. Building needs to project the image of German quality, design and durability, while not being a permanent structure (no construction permit needed).
Design and Prototype Designed a contemporary 2 story modular building, with multiple work and exhibition spaces. Managed 3rd party Architectural design and renderings. Engineered custom 3m wide and 3.1m tall modules to ensure the look and feel of a traditional building. Solution most suited for short haul road transport. Production: Factory built modules ensure rapid onsite installation, yet bypass the need for a building permit.
Modules are custom-built steel structures, and are completely fitted out in the Modular Future factory. All modules are tested assembled together in the factory, creating the same building that will be redeployed across town in Shanghai.
This ensures perfect plug and play, requiring only 3 day assembly on location. Logistics and install: Modular Future will manage packaging, logistics, and all local site improvement and onsite installation to deliver a read to move in building.
